From the natural world to the urban landscape
Explore Ian’s photographs of wildlife, flowers, landscapes and urban scenes, taken close to home and further afield.
Ian is the photographer behind IDB Photography. His work explores wildlife, landscapes and botanical subjects, bringing together close-up studies of nature with wider views of the world around us.
His photographs move between different scales and settings: the outstretched wings of a garden bird, the curves of an arum lily, the watchful expression of a cheetah and the dramatic formations of a distant landscape. Together, they reflect an interest in both the places we encounter and the smaller details within them.
This website brings together a selection of Ian’s photography, offering a space to explore his work and discover the subjects that catch his eye.
